Our Analytics and Logs pages give you both the big picture and the fine-grained detail — everything you need to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize your email performance.
Key Metrics Available
- Instantly view email counts across key events: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, and rejected.
- Get a full timeline of every email and every event associated with it.
- Filter by event type and time range to dive into delivery performance, engagement, and error rates.
- Analyze metrics at the template level or break them down by mailbox provider.
Viewing Recent Activity
For a message-level view, visit the Logs page. This gives you a chronological list of every email sent from your account.
For each email, you can access a detailed, per-email timeline showing every event from send to delivery to engagement (or failure).
It's the ideal place for debugging or tracing specific message histories.
Viewing Event Data
Meant for power users, event data is available at Analytics. This is where you’ll find rich, visual insights into key metrics like delivery rates, open and click-through rates, bounce trends, complaints, and more — all filterable by time range, template, or mailbox provider.

Available Event Types
- Sent: Email has been accepted by our servers
- Delivered: Successfully delivered to recipient's server
- Opened: Email was opened by the recipient
- Clicked: Link in the email was clicked by the recipient
- Bounced: Email bounced from recipient's server
- Complained: Recipient has complained about the email
- Rejected: Email was rejected by recipient's server
